Have stayed here a few times. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and very clean. The entire staff just makes you feel at home. There is a breakfast that is included, which is rare in Europe and the breakfast is very delicious with a variety of different breakfast items. I don't think we will ever stay at another hotel when we come back, this is our home away from home.
Easy, flat walk from the railway station about 400m. Our room was very modern and clean. Amazing staff and all super friendly. No language problems. All the reception staff were able to give good advice on local attractions.
The elevator is a little quirky, having only one call button, so you sometimes go up when you want to go down. You get there in the end! And it's a way to meet other guests.
It's well located with supermarkets and a laundrette close by.
The manager, Katharina, runs the hotel very well. She regularly chats with guests at the well presented breakfast. My hubby and I would definitely stay there again if we return to Innsbruck.
Super nice staff and great location. Breakfast was also really good.
Unfortunately our room was small and the bed was tiny for two people.
Nothing to complain ! Friendly staff and very clean room, breakfast was simple but good and fresh, staffs there are really friendly.

Great hotel! Very clean and nice rooms. Delicious breakfast that also caters to special different diets, such as gluten-free and vegan. The location of the place is amazing and you can easily just walk everywhere within the city. Great atmosphere and very welcoming and friendly staff.
The rooms don’t have AC or a mini bar / fridge but it’s a Great little hotel in an excellent location a short walk from the main railway station
